The Buffalo Stampede

Why do we have the stampede?

Mr. O’Donnell said, “It will help your heart rate and will help your over all body.”

When you complete your card you will receive a shoe lace token.
Mr. O’Donnell is looking into the possibly of getting T-shirts when you reach the 50 mile mark.
Mr. O’Donnell says “I would like to have everyone run at least a mile this school year.
When one card is filled = 5 miles

Red Cross

Red Cross is a student organization that works to keep the students at McCollom aware of concerns in our neighborhood, community, and around the world.The reason they do Red Cross is to help people in need.
They will probably meet once a month or every other month.
Red Cross does two or three fundraisers a year. We have collected Pennies for Patients for the Lukemia Society and have collected canned goods for the Food Bank.
Red Cross members are chosen by their class.
Red Cross members are in grades 3, 4 and 5.
Mrs. Wade and Mrs. Lofland are the Red Cross Sponsors. There are also many parents that always help.
